A leading national property consultancy is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join its London valuation team.
You will take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio, build direct client relationships and work towards the next step in your career. The team is collaborative, well supported and has a strong reputation across the London market.
The role
* Deliver RICS Red Book valuations across office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets
* Manage your own caseload from instruction through to sign-off
* Build relationships with lenders, funds and private clients
* Support and guide junior surveyors and graduates
* Work with colleagues across agency, investment and lease advisory
* Contribute to market research and team business development
About you
* MRICS qualified, ideally RICS Registered Valuer or working towards registration
* Solid commercial valuation experience in London or the South East
* Confident managing a caseload and meeting tight deadlines
* Strong report writing and communication skills
* Ambition to progress to Associate Director
