Description:
Senior UX/UI Designer required to play a crucial role in enhancing the User Experience of B2B Software products for this expanding SaaS provider to work remotely.
You will have worked in a senior UX position for a software provider or solutions provider and be keen on the opportunity to progress into a Lead role.
You will take responsibility for ensuring their platform is intuitive, visually appealing and aligns with the diverse needs and preferences of the user base. Collaboration with internal teams to design and delivery high quality features and enhancements, user research, wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes will all be part of this job. You will also mentor UI/UX Designers to further develop their skills.
Salary: To £65K + benefits (25 days holiday, plus bank holidays & birthday day off, pension, WFH allowance. Medical insurance, life insurance, tech loan scheme and regular social events.)
Location: Remote (UK based as required to attend company events from time to time).
Your skills and experience
* Proven background as a UX Designer including a strong portfolio of designing B2B software products with any B2C experience also beneficial.
* Any software product design experience in HR, HCM, Payroll, LMS or Recruitment industries ideal.
* Design tools such as Ketch, Adobe XD, Figma or similar.
* Solid understanding of user-centric design principles and methodologies.
* Knowledge of HMTL, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to effectively articulate design decisions, rationale and to positively influence decision-making.
* Must have worked in an Agile development environment.
* Enjoy working in a remote environment and can prioritise your time and workload.
* Have led projects and wants to continue helping team members to improve the quality of their designs and the product.
