Senior User Researcher (for Website improvement project)
Senior User Researcher with specific experience of working on Website improvement projects is urgently required for an initial 3 month contract working partly remotely and partly on site at a well-known charity based within walking distance to London Victoria Station.
Reporting to The Lead Digital Experience Manager, the User Researcher will be working on a Website improvement project and will be required to conduct user research around their website experience. The User Researcher will then interpret the data collected and feedback to the Research Architect.
The immediate work and project dependency is around the following responsibilities:
* Analysing trends in user journeys using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
* Evaluating the initial survey efforts and suggesting further survey strategies, such as targeted questions for specific sections.
* Developing and conducting interviews in collaboration with the website redesign team.
* Designing and facilitating focus groups alongside the website redesign team.
* Creating and executing usability testing with the website redesign team.
* Performing an in-depth competitor analysis informed by the outcomes of the aforementioned activities.
Initial duration: 3 months
Rate: £450 per day Outside IR35
Location: Split between remote working and days in office
