Description:
We are thrilled to be recruiting for a new client who is seeking a Senior Underwriter to join their fully remote team immediately on a temporary basis, there is scope for this role to be permanent for the right person, however the business is needing to find someone to move into this role quickly.

What you’ll do.
Underwriting for new and existing customers and products in eCommerce marketplaces..
Assess and balance risk, alongside commercial opportunities..
Determining suitable premiums for our customers.
Proactively offer unwriting wisdom to the team, to keep us on track.
Referrals to our Lead Insurers and building trusted relationships with these partners.
Be part of underwriting strategy.
Contributing to our Unwriting PoIicy.
Supporting the Bordereaux activity.
Embrace our tech and keep immaculate auditable records.
Participating in team meetings, day-to-day calls, Slack messages and occasional travel as needed.
Responding to some urgent requests in USA hours.
Experience you need
CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) certification, or equivalent.
Do you have a product liability background and working insurance underwriter experience, then we want to speak to you?
