Description:
Senior UI / UX Designer is required for a growing company located in Basingstoke. They operate a hybrid working model - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week remote.
The Senior UI / UX Designer will work in close conjunction with creative and dev teams to ensure the creation of functional UIs and UX.
The Senior UI / UX Designer will be responsible for
- Working with project stakeholders to identify and resolve UX issues
- Determining behaviour and objective via audience and user research
- Creating prototypes for usability testing
- Leading usability testing sessions for prototypes
- Helping improve and optimise digital products alongside performance teams
Key Experience:
- Figma
- Figjam
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Hotjar or similar
- Client facing
