Degree or equivalent experience in Transport Planning.
Membership in relevant Transport Planning institutions preferred.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Proven track record of problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Excellent customer service and ability to work under strict deadlines.
