£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Chartership Support (MRTPI) + Monthly CPD + Progression to Associate

Are you a Senior Town Planner or Town Planning Consultant looking to join a consultancy where you'll be supported through MRTPI, and given a clear route into an Associate position?

On offer is a long-term role within the South East's largest independent planning consultancy, where you'll be backed with structured CPD, regular seminars/events and on-the-job development, alongside genuine progression as the business continues to grow.

You'll be joining a sociable, open-door culture in a multidisciplinary environment where you can learn from experienced Directors and collaborate closely with surveyors, architects and third parties across a diverse project portfolio.

In this role you'll lead smaller projects end-to-end, support Directors on larger schemes, write planning statements with minimal support, and help manage/distribute workload across the planner team.

This role would suit a Town Planner from either local authority or consultancy, looking for development, varied projects and a clear pathway to step up as the business expands.

The Role:

Project manage smaller planning projects and support on larger schemes
Write planning statements with little to no help
Client-facing meetings with third parties (e.g., surveyors, architects)
Support and mentor planners / distribute workloads
Kent-based with flexibility + 1 day working from homeThe Person:

Town Planning experience (local authority or consultancy considered)
Degree-qualified in Town Planning
Confident producing planning statements and working client-facing
