The Role
As a Senior Planner, you will:
Manage your own caseload of planning projects from initial instruction through to determination.
Prepare, submit and manage a wide variety of planning applications.
Provide expert planning advice to clients and colleagues across the wider business.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality planning solutions.
Work across an exciting mix of residential, commercial, leisure and rural development projects.
Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team while taking responsibility for projects independently.About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Around 3-4 years' recent experience within a planning consultancy.
MRTPI or AssocRTPI accreditation.
Experience independently managing planning projects.
Knowledge of the Sussex and Surrey planning landscape (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and client management skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
