The Company

The client is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join the Planning team in Manchester. The team specialise in large renewable schemes, as well as commercial and residential projects, and offer flexible working schedule. Successful candidates will have their Chartered Status with the RPTI, have an accredited planning degree (or related qualification), and have demonstrable previous experience. You must enthusiastic, client focused, and have a track record of independently managing planning applications.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
Previous relevant consultancy experience.
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
