A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Town Planner to join an independent fast growing Town Planning consultancy in the Milton Keynes area. With being in the industry for a number of years and over 30 years' experience collectively as a team we are looking for the successful candidate to be at a Senior level or looking for a step up in a role with private sector experience.
Working all across England and Wales my client is currently working on wide range of projects sectors from residential, commercial, rural, mixed-use and retail and more!
Candidates must have the
MSc within the Town Planning sector
Member of the RTPI
Ideally private consultancy experience and public sector experience
Strong communication skills
Strong written skillsYour day to day duties will consist of the
Planning applications
Planning appeals
Planning obligations
