They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join their growing team in London.

Personal developmentDuties for the role of Senior Town Planner:
Providing strategic and detailed planning advice to clients and project teams
Undertaking planning appraisals and identifying development opportunities and constraints
Developing and implementing planning strategies for a range of development projects
Managing the preparation and submission of planning applications, including full, outline and hybrid applications
Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants
Liaising and negotiating with local planning authorities and other stakeholders
Managing planning conditions, amendments, variations and related submissions
Supporting and, where appropriate, leading planning appeals
Advising on Section 106 agreements and associated planning obligations
Preparing representations in relation to development plans and emerging planning policy
Supporting the promotion of sites through the plan-making processRequirements for the role of Senior Town Planner:
Relevant RTPI Accredited degree within Town Planning or another related discipline
Chartered or working towards RTPI membership
Significant experience within a planning consultancy, developer, architectural practice or related environment
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and development management process
Experience managing planning applications from inception through to determination
Experience across commercial, industrial, logistics, employment or mixed-use development would be advantageous
The ability to develop clear and commercially realistic planning strategies
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
Confidence dealing with local planning authorities and other stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and project management abilities
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
