Managing commercial

Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals

Undertaking a wide variety of

Commercial Valuations

Advising clients on

Landlord & Tenant matters

Building and developing strong client relationships

Delivering high-quality professional advice across an established portfolio

Supporting the continued growth and future direction of the business

About You

We're looking to speak with experienced Commercial Surveyors who can demonstrate:

Strong Commercial / General Practice surveying experience

Registered Valuer status

A proven track record handling commercial Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

A commercially minded, proactive approach

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
