Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the work of four inspectors to ensure high standards of operation
Managing and coordinating the activities of assigned drivers
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and operational regulations
Providing technical support and guidance to team members
Conducting regular inspections and reports on highway conditions
Implementing and monitoring maintenance programs
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to highway projects
Job Requirements:
Experience in highway projects and related technical work
Proficiency in managing and supervising technical teams
Strong understanding of highway maintenance and inspection processes
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to produce comprehensive reports
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
