Are you an experienced engineering leader ready to step into a senior technical role? A leading FM organisation is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead Hard FM and engineering delivery across a complex operational estate.
The Role You’ll:
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and technical operations.
Ensure statutory, contractual and H&S compliance.
Manage engineering performance, competency and safe systems of work.
Resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
Manage specialist contractors and build strong stakeholder relationships. You You’ll bring:
Strong Hard FM, engineering or technical services management experience.
Proven experience directly managing and developing engineers.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and engineering standards.
Experience within complex, critical operational environments.
A mechanical, electrical or building services background.
PFI/PPP experience would be advantageous. What's in it for you?
