Senior Technical Manager, East London*
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Manager to join an award-winning residential developer, well known for their innovative design and build. Situated in a prime location in the heart of one of the most vibrant areas in the capital, the role will be site based on a scheme set to produce over 2500 homes, regenerating the local area.
Reporting to the Technical Director, the primary functions of the role will be to manage the design team and delivery of technical information on projects from inception to completion and to coach and train staff, focused on personal development.
Responsibilities will include:

Deliver the project in accordance with the business forecast and budget
Ensure compliance with Technical Department processes, procedures and reporting
Adhere to Group Health and Safety standards
Provide support to all other project team departments to deliver projects on time, safely and within budget
To manage and process the regular consultant Technical payments, preparing approval forms ready for the Senior Technical manager approval
Build and maintain effective networks both internally and externally to form mutually beneficial relationships
Manage and check all documentation required by the Sales and Marketing team ensuring consumer code compliance
The ideal candidate will have integrity, can think creatively and have an excellent eye to detail. They will need to take ownership and responsibility for the design team.Suitable applicants will be motivated and methodical individuals and could either be currently working as a Technical Manager looking to take the next step in their career or an existing Senior Technical Managers with the desire to work for a prestigious developer.

A very competitive salary of up to £95K plus generous package.
