Blayze Group are currently working with a leading Residential Developer who are seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their business to work on an exciting development in South-West London.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a residential developer or a main contractor, in a Design Manager / Technical Coordinator / Assistant Design Manager position, working on low-, mid- or high-rise RC Frame projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO…
Appointment and management of external consultants.
Ability to review drawings and identify buildability and technical issues.
Project and process management.
Problem solving and decision making.
Working in coordination with the Build, Commercial and Customer Care departments.
Effective communication with all levels of management and project teams, both internal and external to the Company.
Ability to coach and train junior and new team members in technical processes and procedures.
Passionate about customer satisfaction, house building and construction, with a focus on high standards and excellence.
Knowledge and understanding of regeneration in mixed tenure developments.

Previous demonstrable experience working for a Residential Developer or Main Contractor.
BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Good level of communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies.
Be practical and methodical with good analytical skills.
