This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to work one of private houses that deliver ultra-high end bespoke interior packages as well as working larger multi-unit new build schemes
Requirements for the Senior Technical Coordinator role
Experience working in a Design Management/ Technical Coordinator role with a Leading main contractor or developer
Experience working on residential projects
Experience with Fit out packages (desirable)
Experience in the high-end market (desirable)
