We're recruiting an experienced Senior Technical Application Specialist to support large-scale customer communications transformation within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

You'll lead technical initiatives across customer communications platforms, helping deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused communication solutions while working closely with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

* Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance

* Design document composition and orchestration solutions

* Resolve complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
