Role: Senior / Team Leader Role in Children Residential care
Location: South Ribble
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 24 hr shift working 2 days on, 3 days off
Salary: starting £25,642
The Role:
P4 Recruitment are working with a care provider who work in partnership with local authorities to support children to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. They create a welcoming “home from home” environment, ensuring that young people feel relaxed, safe and at home during their stay.
About the role:
This role of a Supervisor / Team leader is to support development of young people and to supervise a team to deliver and achieve excellent results.
The ideal candidate:
* Must have minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Residential 2 year experience
* Car driver - Manual
