Job Title: Senior Team Leader - Children's Services
Location: Shirley, Southampton
Salary: £27,500 + Sleep ins (£63 per sleep)
Contract Type - Full time (40 hrs per week) 8 hr Shifts
Required
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Driver
* 1-2 Years Care Experience
* Rota Management Experience
* Challenging Behaviour Experience

Our care services provide a range of support for individuals, specialising in residential, domiciliary, and personal care for adults. Our services are offered in purpose-built care facilities and supported living developments.

Job Description
* Act as Deputy or/and Registered Manager in their absence, adhering strictly to established policies, procedures, and management protocols.
* Conduct and participate in supervisory sessions as needed.
* Foster strong, collaborative relationships with all team members within the home.
* Wholeheartedly endorse and implement management decisions of the organisation in a positive manner.
