Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant

Job Type: Permanent, Fully Remote or Hybrid 1-2 days in office London or Aberdeen.

Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus and benefits package

About the role:

You will be reporting into the Finance Director and Tax Lead whilst managing 1 direct report. The main purpose of the role is to Manage Direct and Indirect Tax requirements for Asset team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all direct and indirect tax reporting/filings for the business unit covering both UK & overseas locations.
Preparation of the UK Corporate Interest Restriction return
Overview of divisional tax reporting and accounting (tax packs, and tax cash forecasting)
Preparation of tax disclosures for legal entity financial statements, supporting the finance team with reporting requirements.
Assist with audit and preparation of the annual SAO summary and ensure compliance for each legal entity.
Assist with the preparation/review of the PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) for the UK legal entities
Assist he HR/recruitment and commercial teams with IR35 compliance, review SDAs and assist with contractual requirements.
Address ad-hoc tax related queries and support ad-hoc tax projects as required
