Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking to speak with highly skilled Senior Tanker Research Analysts specialising in either: Oil & Gas, Dry Bulk, or LNG.
These key positions will work closely with senior internal stakeholders, shipowners, and charterers, providing strategic commercial guidance on tanker vessel investments and projects. Your insights and recommendations will be critical in shaping investment strategies and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on the tanker shipping market, including trends, forecasts, and competitive landscape
Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and models to support market analysis
Translate complex data and reports into clear, actionable commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including shipowners and charterers, to gather relevant market intelligence
Provide strategic guidance on tanker vessel investments and project planning
Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders
Monitor and analyse market developments, including economic, geopolitical, and regulatory factors impacting the tanker shipping industry
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains competitive
