Job Title: Senior System Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As a Senior System Analyst, you will be a key member of the team, working closely with new business and growing the existing business. You will be working across multiple existing systems, as well as any future systems coming into the business.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver IT support to internal systems, liaising with key business stakeholders and external suppliers.
Administer CRM or Case Management Systems.
Support the wider business with issues relating to the CRM.
Take a hands-on approach to projects, assisting with support and change management.
Provide advice on how to use key business systems.Skills:
Experience administering CRM Systems.
A track record of providing support to internal colleagues.
Experience with the ITIL change management process.
Ability to deliver IT services to key business stakeholders.Salary & Location:
This position is available on a remote basis, with occasional travel to different locations around the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
Depending on experience, this position has a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
