Senior Surveyor – Property Management – Up to £52k + CA – London
A key client are seeking an experienced surveyor to join their leading Property Management team where you will join as a senior surveyor, overseeing public portfolios. The role offers an opportunity to work with government agencies, local authorities and public institutions, managing the maintenance of their real estate assets. This position is offering a salary of up to £52k + car allowance depending on the candidate’s level of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals with tenants and stakeholders
* Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize the performance and value of the portfolio
* Liaising with internal data teams and ensure lease data is updated
* Dealing with service charges
* Liaising with internal teams and monitoring day to day maintenance and operational needs
* Working alongside the sustainability team and implementing ESG practices
* Monitor rent collections, arrears management, and financial performance of the portfolio
* Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to achieve strategic objectives and deliver high-quality services to clients
Skills Required:
* Ideally RICS qualified, however not essential
* Minimum of 2 years PQE, preferably in the public sector
* Landlord and tenant experience
* Property management software experience is ideal
