Our client is looking for a dedicated RICS Accredited professional to join their team and contribute to their goals across various business functions, including property maintenance, compliance, development, and acquisitions. As a key player, your main role will be to deliver a comprehensive 5-year capital works program as part of their Estates Strategy.
Key responsibilities:
* Effective Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with staff, service users, visitors, and contractors.
* Professional Development: Support and encourage continuous professional development (CPD).
* Strategic Contribution: Help shape the estate strategy and policy development.
* Financial Management: Manage budgets, expenditures, and reconciliations efficiently.
* Property Inspections: Inspect properties, attend stakeholder meetings, and identify opportunities for value maximisation.
* Contract Management: Complete JCT contracts and serve as a Supervising Officer when required.
* Standards Compliance: Conduct property inspections and measurements in line with RICS standards.
* Data Management: Update and manage data through QFM systems.
* Progress Reporting: Report and monitor progress on the capital program.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with planning departments and manage insurance claims for property risks.
