The Role

You’ll manage a commercial portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving asset performance.

Key responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of retail properties

* Building strong landlord & tenant relationships

* Client reporting and strategic advice

* Rent reviews, lease renewals & tenant matters

* Service charge management and compliance

* Working closely with FM teams and supporting junior staff

About You

* MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)

* Strong commercial property management background

* Confident, client-facing and proactive

* Ambitious with a collaborative mindset
