We are pleased to announce that Reed is recruiting on behalf of a prominent housing provider for two Senior Surveyor positions. These are 6-month fixed-term contracts with potential for extension or permanency. One position is based in South London and the other in North London.
Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract
Location: One position in South London and one in North London
Salary: £58,664 - £61,751
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive surveys across assigned geographical areas.
Ensure compliance with all housing regulations and standards.
Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external contractors to manage and oversee projects.
Provide detailed reports and feedback on survey findings.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a surveyor, ideally within the housing sector.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
