Position: Senior Support Worker – Supported Living
Salary: £11.50 - £11.80 an hour
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
We are looking for senior support workers who can make a difference to our young people’s lives! We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties, challenging behaviours and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the young person’s independence and growth, developing their life skills and opportunities
Support and lead a team of support workers, providing guidance and regular feedback.
Complete audits such as medication, finance, support plans and health and safety.
Building relationships and trust with young people
Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care to ensure the highest standard is always achieved
