Your Duties:
Working to support children with complex health needs you will be assisting with personal care and all aspects of daily living needs while following individual care plans.
During school holidays you may take the children on social activities including adventure parks, meals out or trips to local attractions.
Your role will involve preparing the young people to be prepared for their adulthood journey – which may look different for all.
Your Skills:
Are wanting to make a difference to young peoples lives?
You will need metal and physical resilience.
Having a drive, and passion, to support the young people in your care is also a must.
A good sense of humour and the ability to change between tasks swiftly to meet the needs of the young people.

Working in an independent specialist school, college and residential home including 2 adult supported living services.
The company supports young people with complex to severe learning needs which could include Autism. There are therapies on site to support the young people.
