Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and care to children and young people aged 11-17 with EBD.
Work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
Support young people in their educational and personal development.
Assist with daily activities and routines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
Experience working with children and young people, preferably in an EBD setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A compassionate and patient approach.
Relevant qualifications in childcare or social care are desirable.
