Salary: £27,135 - £28,901 per year

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support while leading and mentoring a team of Support Workers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker who is looking to progress their career with a supportive and well-established care provider.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans

Support with personal care, medication, and daily living activities

Promote independence, dignity, and positive outcomes

Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers

Complete assessments and update care plans as required

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies

Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times

Skills & Experience

Experience working within adult social care

Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or similar

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation

Medication administration experience

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable
