No two days are the same at Stanway Villa - we're keen bakers in this house, so you'll often find us together creating our latest edible masterpiece (although we're partial to a chocolate cake!). You'll get the chance to get to know all the individuals we support like Grant, Kim, and self-professed Karaoke Queen Susan as you support them to do the things they love - from friendly game competitions, to exercise classes and trips to the seaside! Whatever you get up to, you'll be making lifelong memories with the people you support.

We love the job we do, and we’re looking for new work-family members to share the good times with, so we can offer the best support we can, and keep having lots of fun too! Apply now and join us today!

Our Senior Support Workers are there to ensure the health, welfare, education and development of the people we support is promoted at each step of their journey.

As a Senior you’ll join us with previous experience in a support role, and able to hit the ground running. Thanks to your support with day to day activities, care plans and reviews, you’ll help us make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.
