Description:

Senior Supply Chain Executive – Demand Planning

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience

The Company

Our client is a fast-growing, purpose-led consumer goods brand offering a more sustainable approach within the personal care category. Having scaled significantly over recent years, the business continues to grow across direct-to-consumer, retail and marketplace channels, and is now looking to strengthen its supply chain team as part of its next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a highly visible, data-led role sitting at the centre of the business, reporting into the Supply Chain Manager. You'll own the demand planning process end-to-end, working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Finance to build accurate forecasts, improve inventory performance and support the wider Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

You'll be expected to challenge assumptions, hold stakeholders accountable for forecast quality, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive better commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•          Own the demand forecasting process across direct-to-consumer and B2B channels

•          Support the monthly S&OP demand review, highlighting risks, opportunities and recommendations

•          Challenge sales forecasts and planning assumptions using data and commercial insight

•          Analyse forecast accuracy, inventory performance and service levels, driving continuous improvement

•          Build and improve planning tools, dashboards and reporting

•          Present analysis in a clear, accessible way that enables confident, informed decision-making

•          Champion data accuracy across planning systems and continuously improve planning processes

•          Hold account managers and stakeholders accountable for forecast quality and critical path deadlines

•          Manage product setup and data maintenance within planning systems

About You

•          A minimum of 3 years' experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Planning within a fast-growing consumer business

•          Experience planning across both D2C and B2B channels

•          Hands-on experience contributing to a formal S&OP process

•          Exceptional analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets

•          Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; working knowledge of Python is an advantage

•          The confidence to challenge forecasts and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders

•          Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear business recommendations

•          A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and ways of working

Desirable

•          Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment

•          Knowledge of international supply chains, freight and supplier management

•          Experience building planning tools or reporting dashboards

What's On Offer

•          A salary of £40,000 – £50,000, dependent on experience

•          The opportunity to play a genuine role in a sustainability-focused, mission-driven business

•          Hybrid working, with regular time spent in a London office

•          A well-above-standard annual leave allowance, with additional flexible days off built in throughout the year

•          Access to a dedicated wellbeing and fitness benefits platform

•          The opportunity to become a stakeholder in the business's long-term growth through equity participation
