Are you passionate about supply chain management and looking to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic Operations team as a Senior Supply Chain Planner, where you'll support a diverse portfolio of clients, manage relationships with manufacturers and 3PLs, and lead demand planning efforts to drive success.

This job role is paying up to £30,000.00 per annum depending on previous experience and skill set and is based in Kettering on a full time contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Define available warehouse stock and client sales forecasts to create accurate manufacturing demand figures.
- Price M competitive supply prices and streamline new supplier/customer onboarding processes.
- Client Coo with manufacturers to ensure timely production in line with client agreements.
- Schedule Opt and propose manufacturing schedules for client approval, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Production weekly production plans and material requirements in collaboration with manufacturers.
- Fo and communicate forecasts to manufacturers, ensuring alignment with production needs.
- Order clients on optimal ordering schedules to maintain stock levels and meet demand.
- Inventory M raw material delivery, availability, and stock levels, resolving issues promptly.
- Relationship M strong relationships with clients and suppliers, providing performance feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Quality monitor best before dates and communicate updates to clients.
- comprehensive weekly reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Process Im the implementation of new processes when onboarding manufacturers, ensuring seamless integration.
- Docu billing materials and costings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
- Recall M product recalls efficiently, coordinating with clients, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.
- Stock Reconciliation: Perform month-end stock reconciliation and adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communication: Keep all relevant parties informed about stock statuses, critical issues, and new processes.
- Supplier M up new suppliers and manage critical supply chain issues with clear and effective communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and enhance processes and procedures, promoting best practices across the department.
- M and mentor Operations Analysts to foster team growth and development.

Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills (equivalent to GCSE 5+ in English and Maths)
- Proficient in using MS Excel in an operations role
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, covering key responsibilities
- Proficiency in inventory and accounting software (e.g., SOS, Unleashed, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
