Description:
Hours: 38 hours per week. Monday - Friday 08:00 to 16:30 (2.30pm finish on a Friday)
You will be required to work additional hours on outages and when required
Overtime would be regular during the outage season.
Company van & diesel car provided, hotels and meal expenses whilst working away from home
Location: Mobile throughout the UK working on our Energy Recovery Facility sites (Ellesmere Port, Durham, Leeds, Sheffield, Shrewsbury, Four Ashes, Birmingham, Basingstoke, Southampton, Portsmouth, SE London, Brighton, Belfast)

What will you be doing?
Lead an operational team of up to 40 staff, delivering an efficient service to the client (with support from the Outage Manager and Senior Supervisors)
Plan, implement and monitor processes to maximise efficiency and ensure the health, safety and environmental compliance is maintained
Monitor KPIs to deliver work safely and inline with the agreed budget, timeframe and quality
Deliver daily safety briefings
Maintain statutory and statistical information
Ensuring compliance with all aspects of the construction VMR, ISO standards, environmental permits and anyissued Construction Phase Plan
Support sites in abnormal and emergency situations i.e. troubleshooting, breakdowns
What are we looking for?
Similar supervisory experience within the power industry
Technical trade background
NEBOSH / IOSH Managing Safely
SMSTS - Site Management Safety Training Scheme
Construction related Health and Safety qualification - CSCS Card with valid CITB Health, Safety and Environment assessment
