Senior Sub Agent - Water / Reinforced Concrete
Water Treatment Works | Major RC Package Location: Midlands
Rate dependant on experience - CIS Payment  

If you're a Senior Sub Agent with a strong background in water and reinforced concrete, this is an opportunity to take real ownership of delivery rather than simply being another layer in a large project team.

You'll be joining a specialist civil engineering contractor delivering a substantial package on a water treatment site, taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the works and directly managing a team of three Site Engineers.

You'll be trusted to lead your section of the project, drive the engineering team and make sure the site remains ahead of programme - from engineering and QA through to sequencing, temporary works and concrete delivery.

You'll have responsibility for:

·Leading and organising Site Engineers.
·Driving delivery of significant reinforced concrete works.
·Managing reinforcement, formwork, concrete pours and associated temporary works.
·Keeping engineering, QA, ITPs and as-builts ahead of construction.
·Managing short-term programmes and coordinating labour, plant and materials.
·Resolving technical and buildability issues before they affect delivery.
·Working closely with the Project Manager, site team and principal contractor.
·Delivering within the challenges and constraints of a water treatment environment.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants genuine delivery ownership and a visible leadership role on a technically challenging water project.
Rather than simply overseeing a small section of works, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team, influence how the package is delivered and use your previous RC and water experience to make an immediate impact.

You'll be joining a subcontractor that needs someone who can take control, make decisions and drive delivery - giving you the autonomy to demonstrate exactly what you can do.

For the right person, it's an opportunity to strengthen your track record of delivering complex RC packages in the water sector at Senior Sub Agent level - particularly valuable as AMP8 delivery continues to ramp up across the industry.

We're specifically interested in speaking with Senior Sub Agents who can demonstrate:

·Strong UK water/wastewater experience.
·Delivery of substantial reinforced concrete structures.
·Previous responsibility for managing Site Engineers.
·Experience taking ownership of packages from engineering and planning through to construction and handover.
·The ability to join a project and add value quickly with minimal supervision.
