As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:
* Take the lead on exciting structural projects, from concept through to completion
* Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering top-tier solutions
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to shape and execute design visions
* Oversee structural analysis and design for a variety of materials and systems
* Mentor junior engineers and help them grow professionally
* Engage directly with clients, attend site visits, and lead design team meetings
About You:
* We're looking for someone who:
* Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Is Chartered (or working towards Chartership) with IStructE or ICE
* Brings experience from a UK consultancy and strong knowledge of UK design standards
* Is skilled in design software like Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or ETABS
* Enjoys leading projects and thrives in a small, close-knit team where every voice matters
