In this role, you will be expected to play a key role in designing and analysing building structures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed structural designs and specifications using 3D software.
* Collaborate with architects, clients, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
* Ensure designs meet health, safety, and sustainability standards.
* Mentor junior team members and review design calculations.
The Person
* Degree in civil or structural engineering.
* Chartered or working towards chartered status.
* Familiarity with CDM regulations and British Standards.
* Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.
* A passion for innovative and sustainable structural design
