Senior Structural Engineer
Hemel Hempstead
£ DOE plus car allowance
Our client is looking for a driven Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Hemel Hempstead. This role offers the chance to take ownership of varied projects across multiple sectors while contributing to the continued development of a respected consultancy.
The successful candidate will lead design work, manage project delivery, and work closely with clients and design teams to ensure high technical standards. The position provides genuine scope to influence projects from early concept through to completion, while supporting and guiding junior engineers.
Applicants should have strong structural design experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of industry software, design codes and modern workflows. Chartered or near-chartered engineers with a proven background in delivering high-quality structural solutions will be well suited.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with at least 4 years' UK experience who is ready to take the next step and play a meaningful role in a team with a strong and growing presence in the region.
