What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor our talented structural engineering team under expert guidance.
Take independent ownership of projects and teams, driving them to success.
Manage project finances, prepare proposals, and ensure profitability.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits, perform structural surveys, and develop repair solutions for diverse issues.
Who You Are:

Civil or Structural Engineering degree (or equivalent).
Ideally chartered with ICE, IStructE, or equivalent, or actively pursuing it.
Experienced in designing foundations, masonry, concrete, steel, and timber structures using Eurocodes.
Residential market expertise in both traditional and framed construction.
Commercial acumen with project financial management, client development, and appointment process experience.
Experience in structural investigations for low-rise residential, medium-rise residential, and commercial projects.
Familiarity with Tekla software (Tekla Structures & Tedds) and ideally AutoCAD/Revit.
Strong leadership skills, influencing both internal and external audiences.
Prior management experience a plus.
Decisive, motivated, and autonomous with a drive for innovation.
