We have 3 brand new opportunities available working for a leading healthcare organisation that provides specific treatments in Renal and Kidney diseases. They are seeking a 2 Senior Staff Nurses, and a Staff Nurse to join their team located in Essex.

Ideal Requirements
* NMC Registered General Nurse.
* Strong experience in a renal dialysis setting (2 years+)
* Have a positive and dynamic approach to providing safe and effective care.
* Excellent communication skills.
Role Responsibilities
* The Senior Staff Nurse will provide mentorship to the team, empowering fellow nurses and staff to share knowledge and skills.
* Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
* Take ownership of care programs for renal patients, performing patient assessments throughout treatment.
* Participate in quality and service improvement programs.
