We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join their ITU unit, rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Thier 24-hour Critical Care Unit delivers specialised care to critically ill patients, staffed by a motivated multidisciplinary team of Consultant Intensivists, Critical Care RMOs, and Critical Care Nurses.
What You’ll Do: As a Senior Staff Nurse, you’ll be the cornerstone of thier ITU unit. You'll mentor junior nurses, lead in the absence of the ITU Sister/Charge Nurse, and ensure smooth operations. Whether you're providing bespoke patient care or driving quality improvement projects, every day will offer a new challenge and the opportunity to thrive.

What You’ll Bring:
* Registered General Nurse with NMC pin
* Specific experience in Cardiac or General ITU
* Extensive Critical Care experience
* Critical Care Course is desirable
