Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a highly reputable Clinic who is seeking a Staff Nurse to join their fantastic Renal Department.  Excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you're experienced or in training) to join their Eastbourne clinic.
As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. 

Your Role as a Staff Nurse, will include but not be limited to:

Undertake the role of Nurse in Charge and occasionally deputize for the clinic manager.
Provide mentorship to the team, empowering fellow nurses and staff to share knowledge and skills.
Take ownership of care programs for renal patients, performing patient assessments throughout treatment.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centred care at all times.
Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, adhering to clinic processes.
Review pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
Participate in quality and service improvement programs.Requirements:

NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2024.
Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
Excellent English communication skills.Benefits:

Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
Starting Salary of up to £41759, based on dialysis experience with £3,000 sign on bonus payable
Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours
