Kind Support is seeking an experienced and highly skilled ICU Senior Staff Nurse to join the team at a luxury private hospital in London.
The Intensive Care Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care of patients requiring level 2 and 3 care and are expected to be able to provide general and specialised direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Suitable experience as an ICU Senior Staff Nurse
* Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of CCL.
* Prioritises nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patient’s condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately.
* Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
