Senior Sous Chef – £33,000 – Luxury Hotel – St Austell
Paramount Personnel is recruiting for an ambitious Senior Sous Chef for our client in the St Austell Area.
Our client is hiring an experienced Senior Chef who can perform and work well under a high pressured and busy environment.
* £33,000 p/a.
* Share of tips.
* 45 hours per week.
* Live in available.
* Meals on duty.

The Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.
* Leading, motivating managing and training the kitchen team.
* Assisting the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus, assisting with all aspects of kitchen management.
* Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers and all aspects of kitchen health, hygiene and safety.
* Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety

You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking to step into the management of your very own section.
