Cambridge - Hybrid working (1 day a week on site)

This company is an exciting AI Driven scale-up in the medical devices field. Through growth they are looking for a driven software engineer to work on challenging and innovative technologies to help deliver impact in the real world and help change people's lives.
In this role you will develop the full stack software stack as a part of a larger software team, working on regulated medical device software (SaMD, Software as a Medical Device).
The ideal candidate will be a software engineer with backend and frontend experience, ideally working with Vue.JS, Django, SQL, Python and JavaScript. Any experience within medical devices (IEC 62304) beneficial.

The role:
*Develop software of regulated Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) products
*Supporting technical documentation for medical device software (architectural, risk management, design specifications, testing)
*Work closely with the Product team to improve solutions and implementations
*Building internal software tools to support manufacturing, operations and scaling of the software medical device cloud platform
*Hybrid working, a minimum of 1 day a week on site in Cambridge. Flexible working hours.
The person:
*Full Stack Software Engineer with frontend and backend web framework experience (Vue.JS, Django)
*Experience working with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, JavaScript
*Cloud platform experience (Google Cloud Platform experience beneficial)
*Experience within medical devices beneficial (IEC 62304)
