Description:
One of our clients is seeking a Site Manager to supervise modular installation in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for a temp to perm opportunity. We are seeking for an individual that is capable of management and coordination of a modular build project installation projects. Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site
* Managing the health and safety on site
* Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely
* Overseeing internal and externals works
* Manage the quality of completed works
* Conduct regular sub-contractor meetings
* Liaise directly with Project Manager and other Site Managers
* Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.
* Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
* Oversee general day-to-day operations on the construction site
Requirements:
* Have a Black CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID
* Minimum 5 years experience site management
* Level 1 security check qualified – BPSS / SC clearance would be preferred
* Ideally with modular build project experience
* Has worked for a Tier 1 contractor
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
* Proficient in MS projects
