Senior Site Manager – Prime Residential

My client are a Privately Owned Main Contractor who have been established for c. 20 years, based in SW London.
Their projects consist mostly of prime residential refurbishments of single dwellings and luxury apartments for exclusive clients. Typical contract values range from c. £500k to £8m, and include basement digs, refurbishments, and full fit outs.

My client have an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and have built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product.
They carry a large number of their own internal trades, subcontracting out specialist items such as M&E.

My client are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team for a number of upcoming projects located in prime Central London.
Initial projects include a high-quality refurbishment, fit out and basement works for a luxury bespoke residence, with a contract value of circa. £6m.

With almost no staff turnover, my client are proven to be a great employer who are passionate about their staff.

Successful candidates will be Senior Site Managers with experience as no.1 on site, as well as stable careers working on prime residential refurbishment projects.
This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for Senior Site Managers who want a long-term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
