Senior Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

* Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades effectively.

* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, RAMS, site rules and project requirements.

* Promote and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture on site.

* Monitor progress, quality, programme and site standards.

* Liaise with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently.

* Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

* Previous MOD experience is highly desirable.

Experience & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager/Site Manager.

* SMSTS Black Card – essential.

* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, RAMS and safe systems of work.

* Previous MOD experience – highly desirable.

* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

* Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
