The role of Senior Site Manager at reds10
* To ensure the highest Health and Safety standards on site
* To ensure quality control checks and the inspection of work carried out.
* Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running on site of a Reds10(UK)Ltd construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project.
* Responsibility for the wellbeing and management of the site team
* First point of contact for all site management issues; point of escalation as required
* · Programming sub-contractor requirements in order to ensure the site is adequately resourced at all times, and programmes are updated and met.
The accoutabilities of Senior site manager at Reds10:
* Delivery of the agreed profitability for the project.
* Ensure customers get the full benefit of Reds10’s offsite construction solutions
* Attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.
Key qualifications:
Required
* SMSTS qualification essential
* · CSCS Black/White card essential
* DBS checked
Desired
* Ideally hold an HND/NVQ in Construction Management or similar industry-related subject
* MCIOB preferred
